Hello, Just wondering if anyone else took out a car loan with GE Capital finance and is trying to check if they were missold.
Understanding the Context
GE money had said we were a long way away from possession and they would not get that agreed in court or ask for it given that we have a payment plan in place and I am adhering to it.
Finance was through GE Money who, from what I can find out, is, possibly, now GE Capital. I've tried to use an online 'contact us' form but it doesn't allow enough space for the words. Instead I.
Why would GE Money refer me to Bespoke, for what reason, I didn't deal with them. Also my PPI is quite clearly written on First National (GE Money) headed paper, not Freedom Finance or Bespoke.
Can you advise me l have sent letter to GE Money as l had a secured loan in 2002 through them with First National.

It's a complete nightmare and the company is called Elderbridge ltd who took over a load I took out originally with GE Money for over 5,000 in 2003 over a term of 15 years. The loan was taken.
